All products sold by GUANER are clothing and apparel items intended for personal use. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from GUANER. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed before orders are processed. We accept payment via bank transfer (WhatsApp checkout) and online payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across all states in Malaysia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. GUANER is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Claims must be made via WhatsApp with your order number and photos. Damaged or wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

GUANER shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GUANER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
